About Me

My name is Emma, and I was bought up in South London and from an early age, was encouraged to be creative, attending art club at the iconic Horniman Museum.

My love of art continued through school; invariably I could be found in the art room during break time and after school. I went on to study both in London and Brighton School of Art; attaining both foundation and Batchelor of Arts Honours Degrees.

Working as an illustrator and fine art painter, I produced work for various prestigious publishing houses. Until an accident in 1993 curtailed my career.

A necessary change found me starting over as a dance instructor, Dj and event organiser. Also training and working as a life coach and spiritual mentor.

From my Mundesley clifftop studio, with uninterrupted sea views, I continue to coach, and have now returned to my first love of painting. Welcoming fellow artists and visitors as often as I am able.

Working mainly in Oil, acrylic and vibrant watercolour, I am influenced by my surroundings; bringing a sense of calm mixed with, at times, a touch of the mischievous.
